KEJ was founded in 1989 in Valjevo as a project bureau, which over the years increasingly directs
its business towards the provision of building construction services. Continued existence and development of the sector for
design plays an important role in a comprehensive approach to architectural practice and opportunity
providing a complete service, from the first analysis of the location and concept, to the actual monitoring of the implementation
various types of buildings.
The Project Bureau links a large part of its activities to the investments of various companies in the KEJ system, but also
for other clients. In our daily work, we pay great attention to details, from the very beginning
approach to the design process, to insisting on the quality and compliance of technical documentation
and efforts to implement the designed solutions with quality and consistency in the execution process.
KEJ includes a large number of young experts in its team with the aim of combining innovation and energy with
with experience and knowledge gained through thirty-five years of existence, and today there are about 80
employees, while the project office has 8 architects.
The KEJ project bureau is the winner of the Architecture Salon Award 2020 for the Divčibar building at
Divčibare, Audience Awards of the Architecture Salon 2023 for the House on Popare Hill in Valjevo, as well as
winner of the city of Valjevo award in the field of architecture and urbanism for 2023.
