MG Precast d.o.o. has been operating on the Serbian market since 2009, initially under the name Martini Gradnja d.o.o., and since 2020, following a change of ownership, under the name MG Precast d.o.o. <\/p>\n
Over the years, our company has participated in the construction of more than 300 facilities in Serbia and neighboring countries, with a total built-up area exceeding 3,000,000 m\u00b2. The core business activity of MG Precast d.o.o. is the production and installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures for office buildings, shopping centers, production halls, and agricultural facilities. A prefabricated reinforced concrete structure consists of elements produced from vibrated concrete, self-compacting concrete, or pre-stressed concrete, in various dimensions and profiles, thus enabling the execution of even the most demanding projects in line with the standards of precast architecture. <\/p>\n
The company\u2019s design office analyzes investors\u2019 needs and adapts reinforced concrete structures to the specific requirements and intended use of each facility. Our solutions are engineered to maximize spans between load-bearing elements, with minimal changes in height, while ensuring exceptional structural quality. <\/p>\n
Prefabricated reinforced concrete structures provide a very high level of fire resistance. Produced in controlled indoor environments, they offer a wide range of technical solutions with both high aesthetic and functional value. <\/p>\n
At MG Precast\u2019s production plants, the process of prestressing concrete elements is applied, which ensures greater load-bearing capacity and stability of each component. This enables the construction of a wide variety of facilities using a relatively small number of standardized elements, manufactured in large-scale series at our factory. Production is not dependent on weather conditions and can be carried out year-round. <\/p>\n
For the production of concrete elements, MG Precast operates a state-of-the-art, fully automated concrete batching plant, ensuring consistent quality and the achievement of high-strength concrete grades. The use of high-quality raw materials, superior finishing, and strict quality control on one side, combined with our strategic location between Belgrade and Novi Sad on the other, guarantees competitiveness, efficient transportation, and fast on-site assembly.With business expansion and market growth, our In\u0111ija production complex has also developed.
