Dušan M. Stojković was born in Belgrade on March 12, 1972, where he completed primary and secondary school, followed by the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. He has been practicing law since 1997, initially at the law firm Mikijelj, Janković, and Bogdanović, and since 2006, he has had his own office. He is the founder and partner of the partnership law office “Stojković.” His main areas of focus are media law and intellectual property law. He has participated in working groups for drafting the following laws: the Law on Advertising, the Law on Information, the Law on Electronic Communications, and the Law on Copyright and Related Rights. He was a member of the Copyright Commission. He contributed to the transition from the .yu domain to the .rs domain and the establishment of RNIDS. He is a member of the international lawyer organizations JCA and ECTA.
