Since 2016, MART Architecture has been working as an informal collective, founded by three partners Dr. Nemanja Kordić, Nikola Stevanović and Ema Stojković Jerinić, and from 2020 it becomes a business entity.

Several interior projects were realized, one of which being the widely publicized interior of the penthouse in the Skyline building (2020). The studio provides consulting services through parametric analysis of construction sites and planning documents, providing quantitative and visualized data which accelerates the decision-making process in the investment sphere, and in addition develops its own tools for “urban automation”.

Some of the most important awards are:

• redemption prize at the competition for social housing in Zemun, 2016.
• praise of the jury at the competition for the new market in Sombor, 2016.

The studio joined the ASAP with the idea of ​​increasing the quality of work and competitiveness on the market through networking and cooperation with colleagues, which would eventually enable the expansion of activities to new building typologies as well as business growth and development.
