Danilo Dangubić, AADipl Arch RIBA
DANILO DANGUBIĆ heads the project bureau Danilo Dangubic Architects. He graduated from the AA (Architectural Association) in London in 1999. He completed his undergraduate studies in architecture at Drury University in the United States of America. After graduating, he taught at the AA in London. He has taught at many universities and presented at the Baumer Symposium for Distinguished Young Architects at the Ohio School of Architecture. Danilo was a member of the RIBA (The Royal Institute of British Architects) evaluation committee in the accreditation process of the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade. He exhibited his work at the Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism in Seoul in 2021 . He has published works in several international publications and magazines and is the author of projects for cultural, business and housing facilities, among which are residential and commercial buildings SK12, SKEW HOUSE and CENTRAL. He is the recipient of the Aleksej Brkić award, for the most successful work in the field of architecture in 2021, for the CENTRAL facility, which was also nominated for the prestigious Mies Van Der Rohe award in 2024.
In 2015, Danilo founded the architectural bureau Danilo Dangubic Architects in Belgrade, an architectural studio with more than 20 young and talented architects. It was quickly established as a dynamic studio providing services in the field of design, planning, production and realization of projects of different scope and complexity. With talented architects and a model room for digital production, the studio is dedicated to research and construction in all domains of contemporary architecture.
