ZAP is a family company established in 1990. We specialize in the preparation of investment technical documentation for buildings of various purposes, development of detailed regulation plans and urban projects, consulting and engineering services for the needs of investors, expert supervision over the construction of facilities, and supervision over project financing.
Our team consists of a highly creative and dedicated group of individuals who share a common desire to design and build progressive, functional, and innovative architecture. We strive in creating a practice that offers various architectural solutions, enhancing the continually improving offer to clients, with a constant desire for new knowledge and progress. Every project is considered a new task and we specifically respond to each architectural question.
We highlight the annual “Aleksej Brkić” award for the most successfully realized work in the field of architecture for 2018, which our architects received for the “Hilton” hotel project.
